Property OwnershipOwning property in Bali is a pleasure when you have received the correct advice. There are a number of ways that International visitors to Bali use to own property here.
  • Nominee ownership
    This allows you to use an Indonesian national as your nominee in order to purchase the ''Hak Milik'' land ownership title in Indonesia.Several akte (deed) are confirming the legal status between legal and economical owner. There is no time limit.
  • P.M.A. company
    A foreign investment company where you as a non Indonesian can own your own house to live and work from or earn an income from rentals. This entity allows you to own property in the name of a company.
  • Hak Pakai
    The term used for the right to use title where a foreign individual has the rights to use the land for a nominated term.
  • Lease
    Another popular form of ownership in Indonesia for foreign investors. This can be in your own name and allows you to lease a property or land for a specific length of time.
